1. Availability
At least 20% of the units or rooms are available to visitors as overnight accommodations from January to June inclusive.
2. Compliance
Cadman Hotels complies with the relevant public health guidelines, building codes, fire codes and any other existing regulatory instructions relating to the operation of hotel service providers.
3. Courtesy
Courtesy is a minimum requirement in Cadman Hotels service delivery. The hotel offers clean, comfort and calm environment for its guests. Management and staff present themselves in a good appearance to the guest, operate on an ethical business-like basis and provide conscientious attention to guest service.
4. Beds and linens
Cadman Hotels guests shall get clean bedding, which has been laundered or dry-cleaned for their comfort. Fresh, clean bedding and toweling shall be provided at frequent intervals. Bedding will be changed every day and for each new occupant.
